John's Beer Brewery

John Vazé brews his beers at the bottom of the family garden, in a shed measuring just 5 m². This makes John's Beer Brewery one of the smallest pico-breweries in France.

He has already created dozens of limited-edition beers, with the small scale of his production allowing him to experiment easily with different recipes. He also intends to maintain a core range, including an Amarillo-hopped SMASH blonde beer, a wheat beer and an Irish stout. He also produces Winnie, a beer made with flower honey.

Production remains limited, currently standing at around 13 hl per year, with plans to increase this to 20 hl in the future. For the time being, John Vazé intends to continue brewing at his current premises, as the cost of renting a larger space would be too high.
