Les Jardins de Sans-Soucis:

Located in the village of Sarton, on the banks of the River Authie, around thirty kilometres west of Arras, Les Jardins de Sans-Souci appeal to lovers of gardens, topiary art and heritage.

Created in 1998 by Nicolas Watine, a contemporary painter and owner of the estate, these gardens unfold around a manor house dating from the 16th and 17th centuries. Carefully shaped yew and box trees form a harmonious landscape alongside espalier-trained pear and apple trees in a meticulously maintained setting.

Visitors can extend their experience by discovering a collection of 400 historic gardening tools and a permanent exhibition of works by Nicolas Watine.
